We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
If used or over 30 days, the consumer has to bear a depreciation fee of 10%–20% of the product amount and a $20 warehouse handling fee.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons the packages received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Note: Merchant requires 1 business day for order processing. You may cancel your order within 1 calendar day after placing your order. You may cancel your order if your cancellation request is submitted prior to shipment and within the permitted cancellation window stated on our website, before the package is arranged.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you need to contact us at marketing@czur.com.If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return packaging requirement: The item must be returned using its original packaging. Please place your order number and return reason inside the return parcel.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Normally it needs 10-15 working days.
