30 Days Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Products must be unused with original packaging intact.

A depreciation fee (10%-20% of product value) plus a $20 warehouse handling fee applies if goods are used or returned after 30 days.

For customer-caused returns, you cover return shipping and the $20 handling fee. Shipping cost varies by courier.

We cover all return shipping fees if items arrive damaged or we send the wrong products.

## Damaged & Wrong Items

Check your package immediately after delivery. Reach out to us right away for defective, damaged or incorrect items for a solution.

## Exchanges

Return your current item first. After return approval, place a new order for the item you want.

## Refunds

We will email you after inspecting your returned item to confirm refund approval. Approved funds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for banks to process refunds.
